Ampersand International Mobility (AIM)

Ampersand International Mobility (AIM) is a strategic initiative designed to position India as the 'Vishwa Kaushal Kendra' (Global Skill Hub), tackling the dual challenge of domestic unemployment and the critical workforce shortages in developed economies like Germany, Japan, and the GCC. Operating as a comprehensive International Skill force Migration Service, the project goes beyond traditional overseas migration. This entails building a robust ecosystem that identifies high-potential talent from India’s vast network of ITIs, Polytechnics, and Nursing colleges, and rigorously upskills them to meet global standards. By integrating language proficiency and cultural assimilation into a single pathway, AIM plans to convert India’s demographic dividend into a globally mobile, professional workforce.

A comprehensive 4-stage intervention ensures high retention and successful integration abroad and includes:

  • Strategic Mobilization & Assessment

Partnering with technical institutes and colleges and aligning candidate career goals with realistic global opportunities
  • Language Training

Intensive, outcome-based training in foreign languages along with development of cultural competency through sensitization modules on workplace ethics, social norms, and life abroad to reduce culture shock.
  • Compliance & Credentialing

End-to-end management of passport services, visa applications, and translation of academic records. Facilitating the recognition of Indian degrees/diplomas by foreign accreditation bodies and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Ethical Placement & Migration

Ensuring fair wages and safe working conditions along with post landing support (accommodation, local registration, and initial settlement).
