• Implement measures to secure sensitive data, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

• Identify opportunities to improve data collection processes and systems.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Data Quality Management:

Expertise in data profiling, validation, cleansing, and enrichment processes.

Experience in managing data across multiple platforms, including ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems.

Data Governance & Stewardship:

Deep understanding of data governance principles and the ability to implement governance processes in a practical, business-friendly manner.

Experience working with data stewards and defining roles and responsibilities for data ownership and quality management.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Hands-on experience with data quality tools and MDM platforms.

Familiarity with data integration tools and methodologies (ETL).

Communication & Collaboration:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with different levels of the organization.
