Qualification - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Management, Computer Science, Business, or related field
Experience - 3 + years
Primary purpose:
To oversee and manage the organization's data assets, ensuring their quality, governance, and security, while also extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support informed business decision-making. This role bridges the technical and analytical aspects of data, ensuring its correct use, governance, and value realization for strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into databases or data warehouses.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure high data quality standards.
• Work closely with different departments (e.g., finance, marketing, product) for data requirements.
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards.
• Implement measures to secure sensitive data, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
• Identify opportunities to improve data collection processes and systems.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices.
Data Quality Management:
• Expertise in data profiling, validation, cleansing, and enrichment processes.
• Experience in managing data across multiple platforms, including ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
Data Governance & Stewardship:
• Deep understanding of data governance principles and the ability to implement governance processes in a practical, business-friendly manner.
• Experience working with data stewards and defining roles and responsibilities for data ownership and quality management.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Hands-on experience with data quality tools and MDM platforms.
• Familiarity with data integration tools and methodologies (ETL).
Communication & Collaboration:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with different levels of the organization.

• Maintain relationships with investors and other stakeholders.
• Communication & Reporting:
• Prepare regular reports on fundraising progress, investor communications, and investment performance.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to internal teams, management, and investors.
• Maintain accurate records of investor information, transactions, and correspondence.
